Old Milagro Sacred Heart Ornament

Description

This unusual ornament was likely made in the last quarter of the 19
th
century.
The design features an embossed cartouche  with a monogrammed heart in the center and ornate scrollwork with a cherubs on the edge.
Not tested but looks like it was made from silver, the monogram and bail are some other unidentified metal.
Origin unknown but Mexico is highly likely.
The letters seem to be P C B or R. Metal toned, traces of silver polish on back.
