Vintage Antique Primitive Old Single Bit Axe Head Tool Rusty Rustic

Description

Here is a very old, primitive axe head with partial handle complete with bits of moss. It is rough and rusty, well used, but appears to be intact. No maker's mark found.
Axe head measures 4 1/2" in length, 3" deep at widest and 5/8" across back. It weighs about 1 1/2 pounds.
A wonderful piece of the past.
I've owned it for many years. Downsizing.
